
These Terms and Conditions, together with any booking form, invoice, or related documents, form the complete agreement between the customer (“Hirer”) and Magic Sleepovers (“Supplier”).
The equipment and products provided for hire are referred to as the “Equipment.”
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
A contract is formed once:
The person making the booking confirms they are authorised to enter into the agreement on behalf of the Hirer and accepts responsibility for ensuring the equipment is used safely and correctly.

Only Magic Sleepovers staff may install or dismantle equipment. No person should use the equipment during set-up or collection.
The Hirer is responsible for providing all relevant medical, dietary, or allergy information before the event. Magic Sleepovers cannot accept responsibility for allergic reactions or medical issues where prior notice has not been provided.
Responsibility for the welfare and supervision of children remains entirely with the Hirer throughout the event.
The Hirer is fully responsible for returning all equipment in good, clean condition.
